
Harvey B. Jacobson, Jr.
Since entering private practice in 1962, Mr. Jacobson has devoted
himself almost exclusively to litigation in the field of intellectual
property law. He has been lead counsel in a very large number of
lawsuits involving all types of intellectual property matters. He
personally has conducted in excess of 30 major trials, including patent
infringement cases for both patent owners and accused infringers, patent
interferences, trademark infringement and trade dress infringement claims,
license disputes, as well as International Trade Commission and Federal
Communication Commission cases. He has also been lead trial counsel in
a number of jury trials in patent and trademark infringement cases,
securing multimillion dollar awards on behalf of Firm clients. Many of
the decisions of the trial courts and appellate courts in which Mr. Jacobson
has been lead counsel have been published in the West System and United States
Patents Quarterly.
