
Nathaniel A. Humphries
Mr. Humphries has practiced in Intellectual Property Law for over thirty years. His practice includes patents and trademarks,
and encompasses developing policies for corporations and universities for the protection of all types of intellectual property,
providing legal opinions with respect to infringement, validity and other aspects of patents, trademarks and trade secrets. Mr.
Humphries is active in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark application. The technologies
in which he has been active include automobile components, highway safety devices, beverage container making equipment and
methods, locks and security devices, textile, and agricultural & mining equipment. He has also handled interferences
proceedings and appeals, license preparation and negotiations, patent infringement litigation in Federal courts and
the U.S. International Trade Commission and has handled appeals before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
