Robert S. Pierce, born Springfield, Ohio, October 14, 1965. Admitted to the Bar, 1997, Oregon; 1998, U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. Education: Carleton College (B.A., 1988), Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College (J.D., Scholars List, 1997). Member: American Intellectual Property Law Association. Robert Pierce has practiced trademark and copyright law since 2003, primarily in all phases of trademark prosecution. Before then, he focused on state and federal environmental regulation and natural resource use litigation. He is the author of "New Rules Required States to Develop Control Strategies for Regional Haze," Environmental Compliance and Litigation June 2001.
