University (B.S., Magna Cum Laude, 1981); George Washington
University (J.D., with honors, 1993); Editor, The George Washington
Journal of International Law & Economics (1992-1993). Registered to
practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, 1997.
Since her admission to the Bar in 1993, Ms. Bailey has actively practiced
patent, trademark and copyright law, including preparation and prosecution
of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (including
those under the Patent Cooperation Treaty), preparation and prosecution of
U.S. federal trademark applications, and counseling of clients on a broad
spectrum of related intellectual property matters. She prosecutes electrical
and mechanical patent applications, prepares opinions on patentability and
infringement, and also provides litigation support, including research and
preparation of legal memoranda, on legal issues pertaining to the intellectual
property field.
