Whitney Wilson
Mr. Wilson practices in the areas of patent prosecution, counseling and litigation, and also counsels clients on trademark and other unfair competition issues. Mr. Wilson's patent practice has spanned a wide variety of technical fields, including pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical formulations, polyolefins, Ziegler-Natta and metallocene catalysts, software, cosmetics and personal care products, medical treatments, refrigerants, medical devices, and ergonomic furniture. He works with emerging life sciences companies to develop, manage and leverage their intellectual property, including technology transfer agreements and other licensing activities. Mr. Wilson's dispute resolution practice includes federal court litigation and inter partes matters in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
